Rough Riders St. Patrick's Day Parade,

  Parade Forms

  • HAVE FUN!
  • Each member of Southern Sisterhood is responsible for their own actions and
    their own beads
  • The float will arrive during proper staging times; it will not be permitted to be
    late.
  • Everyone will be in the staging area and in proper costume when the float
    starts to move
  • Obey all parade rules and listen to the parade Marshals, they are there to look
    out for your safety
  • Listen to and obey the Marshals supplied by the sponsoring parade Krewe.
  • Members must not hand out or throw anything in the staging area
  • Stay with our group and our float.  Walkers should not wander ahead or
    behind the float into any other Krewe area during the parade.
  • Do not “flash” the crowd or solicit the showing of any body parts.
  • Beads will be thrown underhand only – No throwing of beads overhand.
  • It is not necessary to ride in the float for the whole parade.
  • All proper forms must be completed and parade fees must be paid in advance
    to participate in a Krewe parade
  • No smoking on the float
  • No glass bottles or containers in the staging area or on the parade route.
  • Ybor parades – Do not throw beads around trolley wires
  • St. Patrick’s day parade – Do not throw or give beads to law enforcement
    officers
  • St. Patrick’s day, Chasco, Children’s parades –no alcoholic beverages – so
    please - No open containers
  • Chasco Parade – Only walkers may distribute beads from along parade curb.  
    No throwing of beads from the float.
  • Children’s parade – distributing any beads or giveaways prior to Bay-to-Bay
    Ave will cause the Krewe not to be invited to participate in future parades
  • Contact a Southern Sisterhood executive officer, a Marshal or the Parade
    Chairman immediately for any emergencies or problems.
  • Read, understand and follow the Krewe’s bylaws concerning alcohol, costumes
    and parades.
Instructions for downloading forms:
  1. .Right click on the file that you
    would like to download.
  2. Select *Save As* or *Save Target
    As*.
  3. Select the appropriate folder
    (use *Desktop* as default)
    where you would like the file
    saved.  
  4. Select *Save*.  
  5. Open the folder and select the
    downloaded file.  
  6. Open the file.
  7. Complete the form and Save.  
  8. Submit the form to the
    designated person
Check the Parade Weather!
